The 2009 TASCOE Convention will be held at the Omni Hotel in the "BIG D"!!! Start making your plans to attend this years convention. With so much to do and see, it will be fun for the whole family.

Click on “Book Your convention Rate Now”

  • Fill in your arrival and departure dates, number in party, etc.
  • At bottom section, under “Special Rates”, the “Group Code” is 10100107141
  • Click on “Check Availability”
  • Next page will give types of rooms and rate. Choose the type room you want and then click “Book Now”.
  • On next page, review information and click “accept”
  • Data fill your guest information, payment information, then click “complete”. It will next provide a confirmation number.

8:00 a.m. -- STC, STO, District Director Conference

9:30 a.m. -- Convention Registration Begins

10:00 a.m. -- TASCOE Director’s Meeting

12:00 noon -- Free Meal in Hospitality Room

6:30 p.m. -- Meet and Greet new STC/SED Social

9:00 p.m. -- Black jack card games, Dominoes Tournament

Friday, July 17th

8:00 a.m. -- Joint STO/TASCOE/TASE/TACS General Assembly

9:00 a.m. -- Memorial Service

10:00 a.m. -- State Office Awards Program

12:00 noon -- Projected end of joint general assembly

12:00 noon -- Free Meal in Hospitality Room

1:00 p.m. -- Retirement Seminar (Free to anyone)

3:30 p.m. -- FANTASCOE Retirees Reception

6:00 p.m. -- Dinner, Scholarship Auction Fundraiser

9:00 p.m. -- DJ Dance, Children Movie at pool and TASCOE Style Bingo games

8:00 a.m. -- TASCOE General Meeting

12:00 noon -- Projected end of joint conference/convention
