FANTASCOE is the retirees association in Texas and all ASCS/FSA retirees are invited to join. Any current FSA employee in Texas can also support this organization by becoming a member.

This association joins with RASCOE, the national retirees association, to convey retiree concerns to Congress. It also works very closely with TASCOE and NASCOE in support of issues effecting current employees.

TASCOE and NASCOE have worked really hard to get the benefits that employees and retirees enjoy. FANTASCOE and RASCOE work just as hard to help preserve these benefits for the current retirees and future retirees.

Please help with your dues. If you are retired and/or a member or associate member of TASCOE and you are not a member of FANTASCOE/RASCOE, please help support us. FANTASCOE also gives a $750 scholarship each year through the TASCOE Scholarship program.
