TASCOE thanks you for being a member. We realize that you had a choice and we appreciate you choosing to be a part and standing up to be heard. If you are not a member, we respectfully ask that you choose to join us.

TASCOE membership is presently at 79%. We are now behind Iowa as the second largest NASCOE affiliate.

TASCOE dues are 3/10ths of 1% of you annual salary. This is much lower than the national average for employee associations. Of this amount, $40 is sent to NASCOE for national dues. And dues check-off makes the paying of dues very simple. If you are not on dues check-off, we encourage you to check it out. All you have to do is to complete the FSA-444 ( click here for the form) and fax it to the State Office, Payroll and Personnel Division, along with a memo stating that you are authorizing TASCOE dues withholding. To stop dues withholding at any time, you simply notify the State Office that you wish to stop withholdings.

The TASCOE dues year is July 1st - June 30th. If you want to pay lump-sum, you round your annual salary as of July 1st to the next $1000, multiply by .003, and submit it to the TASCOE Secretary/Treasurer. We ask that all County Offices submit a Dues Transmittal form each June to your TASCOE Director. To keep our employee database up to date, we ask that all regular employees are included, whether members or not. Click here for a copy of the Dues Transmittal form.

ASSOCIATE Membership

TASCOE welcomes those who choose to be an Associate Member. Associate Membership is $30 per year and is on the same dues year as regular membership. Associate Membership is open to anyone. We sincerely appreciate the support of our Associate Members. Texas is also #1 in Associate Members. Click here for a copy of the Associate Membership transmittal.
